Artist Statement:
A few years ago I found a very cheap lot of multi-colored sapphires at the Tucson gem show. The colors were seemingly random but inspiring! I had to have them even though I had no idea what I’d use them for. They hung around my studio and mingled with other things in my brain and somehow this ring was born! It’s fun and colorful and over the top and at the moment… that’s exactly my style. See you in clown town!
