ORDER PROCESSING | Orders are fulfilled Monday – Saturday through our brick and mortar shop. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible but no later than 48 hours during the business week. NOTE: Delivery times do not include Sunday or holidays. Orders may be picked up in store by appointment only.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY | All items will ship USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate determined at check out. Please contact us for orders with multiple kits, we will combine shipping. We will email you a tracking number once your items have shipped. Danaca Design is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery once your items have shipped.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS | We are not currently shipping internationally.
LOST OR STOLEN | If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you, however, we are no longer responsible once your order is in transit.
URGENT ORDERS AND SPECIAL REQUESTS | If you have an urgent order or special request, please email and we will try our best to accommodate you!
STORE PICK-UP | Covid19 Update – Orders may be picked up in store by appointment only.
EXCHANGE POLICY | Exchanges will only be made for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item please notify us via email as quickly as possible. We MUST receive the exchanged item within 15 days from the original shipping date. We will cover the return shipping. Please return items in original retail packaging and a securely packed shipping box. Exchanges are welcome at our Seattle store within 15 days of original ship date.
CANCELLATIONS | We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have shipped. Please review our exchange policy if you change your mind about a purchase.
