The last two sessions of this class have been tentatively rescheduled for April 1 and 8.

Hone your skills and add new ones to bring your designs to life. This class will focus on specialized tools and techniques to add volume, texture, and complexity to your work. Learn how hydraulic press forming, acid etched surfaces, and faceted stone setting can bring your jewelry to a whole new level. Beginning Series or equivalent required.

  • Beginning Jewelry, and the ability to solder independently.
Materials Included:
  • Basic supplies for etching, stone setting and hinge samples
Students Must Bring:
  • -Silver solder
    -An apron
    -Your metals toolbox and previous projects
    -Any basic hand tools that you already own (pliers, optivisor, etc)
    -Silver 20g sheet metal if you want to work in silver (available in studio store)
    -Additional copper 20 g sheet (available in studio store)
