Artist Statement:
This ring is one of a kind! It is a hollow form ring composed of mokume gane and sterling silver. I created the mokume gane pattern from a billet of layered sterling silver and copper. I used drill bits and a rolling mill to create a one of a kind pattern in the metal. The sterling silver was textured using coarse sandpaper.
